I post most things I do, other than regular maintainence to my youtube channel. This week/weekend I've rebuilt a pair of hubs, trued a different set of wheels, washed and lubed two other bikes, and tuned up someone else's bike.
My bikes: Mongoose Valiant, Tyax Elite, Switchback SS, Blackcomb, and the old DXR

Other: Origin8 Uno SS/fixie

Did you post a video on the hub repair? I had my rear repaired under warranty a few weeks ago but I was interested in knowing how to do it.

I should have, but with 5 complete bikes of my own, plus my wifes 2, and the fact that I maintain my parents 3 bikes, and offer free help to other riders I should be able to do it again soon, lol.

These were Semi-sealed (had rubber seals and ball bearings, but not cartrige bearings) Formula hubs that were fairly easy to service.
Just pop out the rubber seals,
loosen up the axle nuts on one side of the axle (one side always loosens first, just totally remove the lock nut and bearing cone),
slide out the axle,
remove ball bearings from each side (keeping them seperate)-then place said bearings into solvent cleaner to remove all old grease and contaminents
clean bearing races (I use a shop rag dampened with solvent)
clean the axle with a rag dampened with solvent, and inspect the races on the cone,
inspect bearing races in the cup of the hub for pitting (mine were perfect- these hubs are on my wheelset I put on my new Tyax Elite, so only about 250-300 miles so far on them-I ride it about 8 miles per day, 2-3 times per week for the last 3 months),
put a even coating of a high-quality grease (I use Rock n Roll Super Web grease) on the races of the hub, and axle cones, this will hold the bearings in place when you put them back in,
wipe your bearings completely clean with a fresh shop rag (inspect their condition, if good then proceed, if they show damage such as pitting, scratches, flaking, chipped, or rust, replace them before continuing), and insert them into the freshly greased races of the hub,
Cover the bearings with enough grease to keep them lubricated, but not so much that they will have build up of excess grease,
slide the axle back through the hub, taking care not to knock out any bearings,
once the axle is through, finger tighten the other bearing cone as much as possible,
spin the hub to check smoothness,
spin on the lock nut, but dont tighten it yet,
tighten up the bearing cone until -almost- all play is removed from the bearing, but they still spin very smoothly,
snug up the lock nut (it tends to slightly tighten the cone, even if you do your best to prevent it),
spin the hub again, to check for smoothness, and if it spins nicely, check for lateral play (really helps if the hub is built into a wheel, or mounted in a clamp),
if all play is removed, and the hub spins smooth, go ahead and clean your rubber seals (and the area they go into), and cover the inside of the seal with a thin layer of grease (keeps them pliable, making them easy to reinsert, and adds waterproofing) and reinstall them. You've got fresh, smooth hubs.

Since i'm already set up as a road/comfort bike, I figured why the heck not. Right lever is now front brake. I can't be the only person to ever do this.

This would probably work better with some type of noodle on there.
