Craigslist gyps and deals

This guy has prices all over the place. Most are ripoffs, but some seem like decent deals. I want the one that is simply "light blue 27".

Also notice his last price on the jeep bike and the mongoose. They're nearly identical bikes! He's obviously setting pricing on name brand/ looks, and not actual knolwdge of bikes.

Lol. I was thinking the same thing. If I wasn't driving my MR2, i'd at least get the puch and the light blue. The schwinn looks good, but he's asking more because it says schwinn, even though it's the bottom of the barrel compared to the other road bikes.

Although, I am a little upset about the saddle on the light blue. First things first, swap thhat sucker out!

That is a total gyp. I found a ton more on CL last night, but didn't want to overlay the other thread in the for sale section.

But yeah. People are selling things based on name brands, and not knowledge. And when both parties have little knowledge, someone loses out BIG.

Score!! he wanted $10 for it! He posted at 9:30 at night and I was already 45min behind sense he posted it. So I told him $20 if he would hold it till I could get next day witch I still think im getting a hell of a deal. Im gonna make it my cruise around town bike when family goes on walks. Probably be obnoxious with it and do green tires and grips just for fun. Get a stem adaptor with riser bars. Like to find a 1 inch threaded shock but finding a good brand is hard to find

That's a great deal, even at $20! Is it 1 inch, or 1 1/8th? I have an old trek rigid fork that's 1 1/8th. I have this RST Gila that I have nothing to do with that's 1 1/8th. If your bike can fit it, I'll give it to you. I don't want it anymore, and tired of looking at it.

No its a 1 inch threaded. The fork is nice on it but really like to find a shock but it will be difficult to find a name brand threaded.
