Noob with Genesis white two nine forks

I am looking to upgrade the forks on my two nine. Does anyone have some suggestions??

Enough for a pretty good fork. Something intermediate, trying to stay below what I paid for the bike itself.

I thin. The suntour xcm may be within your price range. It's a decent entry level fork. Coil springs, and able to run disc.

For equal to/more than the bike, the RST first air is great. I use it myself on my stat. Leaves a little to be desired, but great air fork for the price.

Would either be a direct fit, and work with the stock disc. I tried to find specs on the stock fork with no luck (steer tube length, travel, etc).

Lol. You'll need to have the steerer tube cut. Headset can carry over if you don't want a new one, but you will need a new start nut, or push the old one out. Will not work with your stock brake Caliper. Rockshox XC 28 I think comes in 29er.
