scored this bike for free and looks like it wont take much to get rideible ......through some research I found out its a 91 800 antelope 17" ladies mtb.....the tires are clapped out, needs new grips and things lubed.... like the black better than the pink on the last commuter build....will be a super low budget build

did some work on this today..........lubed everything and everything works now after a few adjustments..... front wheel is junk, so I used the one from the v2100 that was on the specialized which is hanging in the rafters in the garage awaiting some upgrades( wheels, tires, pedals, grips) tires were toast, on went the cheapie tires from the specialized... the grips were toast, so I used the bell ergon grips from the specialized..... swapped rack and pedals too.... rode it up and down the street in front of my house and it rides great

its a standard size crate........swapped out the seat today... it had one of them gel pad covers on it.....the seat that was under that was hard as a brick....took the one from the rockhopper and put it on there

Check out those schwinn comfort saddles at walmart or target...very comfortable for that style of cruiser.

more work on the bike today.....finally figured out how to mount my lock, added another light on the back and mounted toolbag on the other side to even out the weight......used an additional strap in case the velcro comes undone.....just need a front fender and another headlight

Where are you on weight with this? Is that a steel or aluminum frame?
